Andrés Ramón Rodríguez Gómez
With over 16 years of experience in the legal field, Andres focus his practice in representing and advising developers, lenders, and investors in the energy and infrastructure sectors, including oil and gas, mining, solar, wind, and hydrogen projects. He has also provided legal counsel to clients in other industries such as transportation, pharmaceuticals, and food production services.
Our standpoint over the Law
We approach the law in an integrated and holistic way, as a system. Under this vision, we believe that neither human situations nor the law can be analyzed exclusively from one specific legal discipline, as this may limit solutions, increase risks, or overlook important considerations.
While we don’t claim to know everything or possess mastery over all areas of law, our academic training and extensive experience in the business world—particularly in the extractive, energy, and infrastructure sectors, working with private, public, and mixed-economy companies—allow us to identify, mitigate, and address risks for our clients. We do so directly or, when necessary, refer them to our allied firms that can offer greater added value than we can in specific areas.
